===== Cranberry BBQ Sauce =====

1 can Jellied cranberry sauce (Ocean Spray, of course)\\
3/4 c Dark brown sugar \\
1/2 c "Hawaii's Own" mango orange juice concentrate (thawed) \\
1/4 c Water \\
1 Tbsp Soy sauce \\
1 tsp Tabasco \\
1/2 tsp Allspice \\
1/4 tsp Ground ginger \\

Mix all ingredients in a medium sauce pan.

Bring just to a gentle boil.

Reduce by about 1/4, whisking often.

Let cool, and adjust the spiciness with more Tabasco if desired.

Makes about two cups.
