| It's not as good with yellow corn, but not bad. It's not as good with larger peas - the petit pois peas or young peas work best. I like to use Anaheim peppers instead of bell and some Jalapeno in there is really good, too. It's really nice to have some vibrant red color in there, so substitute 1/2 of the green bell with red or use a vine ripened red Jalapeno.
