Honey Jalapeno BBQ Sauce

1 cup Ketchup

1 cup Honey

1/4 cup Dijon Mustard

1/4 cup finely chopped Jalapeno

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp Tabasco sauce

3 tbsp light brown sugar

1 tbsp curry powder

1 1/2 tsp paprika

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp chopped garlic

1 tsp oil

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp black pepper

  1. place all ingredients into a heavy bottomed sauce pan
  2. simmer for 10 minutes
  3. refrigerate until ready to use


Excellent recipe. I try to keep some made and in the fridge to add to other things. Great on just about any meat or fish.
